• Same pretty pretty advertisement that shows a happy family – used before, for cigarettes and soda-pop, carbonated coloured sweetened cold drinks too, remember? Yes, you saw it on television, or right up there, in front, at the supermarket. How could you miss it?

                            Welcome to the real world of addictive poison in your food. What’s inside that box is poison. Full stop. For your family and you. So. Should packaged “soft drinks” and “junk food” as sold in pakistan  also carry a health warning, just like is done for  cigarettes,  unhygenic foods, cold  drinks, etc       

           

The major cause of pollution is guzzling litres of “soft drinks”, or waffling down tonnes of junk food, the end result is the same. Waste money on garbage, fall sick, and then spend money on cures. Sometimes, it appears that the ownership of these soft drink..

If we need to fix this issue, we need to let the bottlers know – keep killing your own country, and soon, your hookah-paani banned . Because the brand owners, elsewhere in the world, are already moving on to healthier choices. Except in pakistan..
